How to Book

Places on each camp are strictly limited so we advise you to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

by printing and completing a copy of our booking form, then posting together with a cheque (made payable to Fun Camps) to:

In each case you must pay a minimum deposit at the time of booking in order to reserve a place:

£30 per child per week

£20 per child for 3 days

£10 per child for 1 day

 

If you pay by credit card there is a 3% charge to cover this service.

 

Receipt of completed booking form together with payment indicates that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions as described in this Parent Guide.

 

If you pay in full at the time of booking you will receive a 5% discount on the total price, provided this is at least 4 weeks before your child is due to attend camp.

 

We will then send you confirmation of your booking showing the camp and dates selected and an invoice for the final balance as appropriate. This amount must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the camp.

 

Cancellations           
If you cancel your booking the following refunds will apply:

 

            More than 4 weeks in advance                              50% refund

            Between 4 and 2 weeks in advance                     25% refund

            Between 2 and 1 week in advance                       10% refund

            1 week or less in advance                                        0% refund

 
Cancellation Insurance

You can take out our cancellation insurance at a cost of £1.50 per day per child. This covers you against cancellation for medical reasons. If you provide a doctors note stating that your child is unwell then you will receive a full refund.

 

* An e-invoice will be e-mailed to you, enabling you to pay immediately through PayPal on line, or otherwise by printing out a copy of the invoice and posting to us with a cheque.  You don’t need to have a PayPal account in order to pay on line.
